Pilates has been proven to help strengthen your inner core and reduce the likelihood of injury and lower back pain. Our Pilates classes are small and led by a qualified chartered physiotherapist who will ensure the exercises are tailored to your level of ability. Classes are booked in advance and based on a six week block.
All clients will be assessed before and after to analyse the improvements made.
