Are you interested in re-connecting your mind to your body? One of the biggest realisations for us throughout the current Covid pandemic is just how important it is to invest in our own health & wellbeing.
Our next yoga re-connect workshop with Diane will allow you to enhance both your physical and mental health, for the present and the future. The intention of the workshop includes bringing reconnection with yourself & others in order to feel better & live better.
You will be learning the key elements of happier living. Be prepared to do some written activities, uplifting yoga, followed by a deep relaxation to help you truly nourish yourself.
This workshop is suitable for all. You require an exercise mat, water, comfortable clothing (suitable to stretch in) and possibly some cushions/blanket for relaxation.
Prior to the event, we will be posting a small parcel to you. Please have this ready for the session.
