What You'll Experience: A Complete 6-Week Programme

Our Back Pain Course goes beyond a standard class. We've carefully structured it to build your knowledge, strength, and confidence progressively.

How it works:

You'll begin with a 90-minute foundation session, where instructor Samar will assess your individual needs, teach you essential movement principles, and help you understand what's been contributing to your pain. This foundation sets the tone for everything that follows.

From there, you'll attend five 60-minute classes over the remaining weeks. Each session builds on the last, helping you develop greater core strength, improved flexibility, and the body awareness needed to protect your back long-term. By week six, you won't just feel better, you'll have tangible tools and the momentum to continue your recovery independently.
