Pilates has been proven to help strengthen your inner core and reduce the likelihood of injury and lower back pain. Our Pilates classes are small and led by a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist who will ensure the exercises are tailored to your level of ability. Classes are booked in advance and based on a 6 week or 12 week block. All clients will be assessed before and after to analyse the improvements made. Our classes are led by Kate, Jennifer and Diane who are all certified APPI Teachers.
How do Pilates and Yoga classes differ?
Pilates classes are generally more structured. Yoga classes tend to be more flexible, with thousands of possible pose variations and the potential added element of meditation.
