We are pleased to bring to you workshops throughout the year on all things health and wellbeing. We will talk specifically about sports and injury prevention as well as how to rehab for certain conditions e.g. arthritis. Stay posted for the timetable for end of 2020/2021. Currently due to current Covid Restrictions the workshop running in August will be presented over Zoom.
